Visits
Routine Visits are preferably completed weekday mornings. Please give as much notice when booking visits to enable us to accommodate your requests - this is especially important when arranging timed visits to co-ordinate attendance with Farriers or Equine Dentists.
Emergency Visits always take priority during the day and this can lead to delays in attending routine calls. Wherever possible we will always try to keep you informed should your visit be delayed.
Please note that visits conducted outside normal hours (Evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) will normally incur a surcharge.
